Needless to say, finding the first job is crucial, and it is often the hardest. Some IT graduates who regrettably encounter the current unfavourable job markets, find themselves in a situation where they send out dozens of resumes with minimal response. Some failed the interview. After several months, their confidence wanes, and they start thinking about a career change.
In this article, I will share a tip that might increase your chance of securing your first job. This tip worked for my daughter. After graduation, she got a job offer from a FAANG company as a “Software Development Engineer”. Keep this (job title) in mind while reading this article.
