Capgemini has recently published World Quality Report 2023–2024 (PDF format). I listed some of its recommendations here. In this article, I will share my thoughts, in a thought-provoking perspective, on some of the findings in the report.

Table of Contents:
·
Findings
1. What are the major challenges faced by quality engineers in your Agile project?
2 Which are the top three focus areas for automation in your organization over the 12 months?
3. What are the most impactful challenges preventing your Quality Engineering organization from integrating into the DevOps/DevSecOps pipeline?
4. “In your organization, is there an enterprise-wide data provisioning strategy adopted as a standard across all line of business / projects?”

Findings

The World Quality Report lists some survey results, but respondents heavily lean towards IT managers or executives, > 85%.
