The Common Requesting Help Pattern I Received for Test Automation and Continuous Testing

Because of my books, conference talks, software apps, and articles, I often receive requests for help with Test Automation or Continuous Testing, mainly through LinkedIn (the only social media platform I actively use) or email. Although some of these requests come from former colleagues or mentees, most are people I never met.

I have tried several ways to answer some of their questions and provided some practical advice. Along the way, I came to a conclusion: most of these people just wanted me to provide answers to their problems at work, for free.
