What you have accomplished is considerably higher than the industry average.

Still, there is room for improvement. Because I do "daily production releases" (my own apps and for clients), manual testing is very limited to a few minutes casual exploratory testing. All user stories are covered by Automated E2E UI test suite regression testing (Selenium + RSpec). It is possible when the team makes it highest priority and really embrace it, i.e. change anything for that.
